Red Ribbon Week celebrated Oct. 28 - Nov. 1

Jarrell ISD schools are recognizing Red Ribbon Week Oct. 28 - Nov. 1.  The following events are planned:

  • Monday - Wear a ribbon to kick off Red Ribbon Week
  • Tuesday - Twin Day - support each other to stay drug free
  • Wednesday - Team Up Against Drugs - wear your favorite sports wear to show your commitment to staying drug free
  • Thursday - Hats Off to Good Decision-Making - wear a hat to stay drug free.
  • Friday - Cougar Strong - wear your Jarrell Cougar Spirit 

Please remember that the dress code still applies and that students and teachers will be focused on learning during Red Ribbon Week.

Red Ribbon Week is a uniform way for communities nationwide to take a stand against drugs and drug use. Red Ribbon Week events and activities help educate individuals, families, and communities about the destructive effects of drug use.
