Summary of Benefits 

For the 2019-2020 school year, JISD is participating in TRS ActiveCare (AETNA) Levels 1-HD, ActiveCare Select, Active Care 2 (current enrollees only), First Care and Baylor Scott & White Health Plan for employee medical insurance.

Should you choose not to participate in a district medical plan, the district will contribute $100.00 each month toward supplemental insurances (i.e. dental, vision, cancer, accident insurance or Flex Spending Account (FSA)).

The district also provides a $10,000 term life insurance policy for all employees.

Jarrell ISD employees have several options for their health care benefits: TRS Active Care (Select and 1-HD plans), First Care, and Scott & White. Prices for each plan are listed below.

TRS Active Care Plans
